Strategic Guidance
Provide guidance and oversee all strategic decisions at the Institutional level

Prepare annual training plan and regularly assess overall performance & operation

Establishing linkages with local industry and collecting requirements of skilled workforce
Budget Management
Review and approve the budget, generating and utilizing funds effectively
Staff Development
Monitor staffing, faculty performance and professional development
Placement Facilitation
Facilitating placement of trainees in industry for on-the-job training
